SVL 4400 is a bit confused by the railroading term "calf". SVL recently got a new tool to make running MU and DPU easier. Speed matching goes a long way to smooth running Canadian Pacific is doing a power move of two of their new Honoring Military units through SVL territory. January Ops was a little different this year. Due to the current state of the world we chose to postpone ops at SVL for a month, so instead we did remote ops @ @bouldercreekyard. The remote engineer chose to use the SD70ACu for switching everything proving where there's a will there's a way. Remote Engineer Hakk pilots Train 98 into Bakersfield Yard. Engine ATSF 715 is being piloted by a young man from England during our Fall Open House. Check siliconvalleylines.com for more details. Trains 443 and 444 meet in Mt. Marvel featuring working semiphore signals. Sadly they are not lit but the arms move. Train 226 arrives at the bottom of the loop it's way through Jacksonville.
