Hemet

Nestled between the towns of Igo to the north and Hallelujah to the south (though accessed from the mainline from Greeley), the bustling town of Hemet represents a 50’s town in Southern California, making it a transitional town. Hemet’s sidings and tracks are designed for 40-50 foot cars, ice bunker reefers, and early road switchers.

Hemet features a lumber yard, the sprawling California Cooperative cannery, and several other industries which are all served by the Silicon Valley Lines on a frequent basis.
