Ravine is just past Paso and Quinn, and is aptly named due to the surrounding landscape. Unlike much of the SVL, the ground isn’t flat here. Instead the engineers need to duck in and out of the tunnels, tiptoe across redwood trestles, and cope with the harsh weather, which is known to frequently cause brush fires as trains make their way to Silicon.
